Data Protection

The European Association of Nuclear Medicine (EANM) complies with international data protection guidelines. By registering, participants agree that their personal data may be used by EANM for purposes such as:

• Membership data management
• Distribution of newsletters and information
• Promotion of EANM Congress and related scientific/educational activities
• Forwarding data to publishers/distributors of EANM publications

Accepted Payment Methods

• Credit Card: Visa and MasterCard only. American Express and Diners Club are not accepted. Confirmation is sent upon completion.
• Bank Transfer: Payments must include participant name and order number. Confirmation is sent after the full amount is received.

Note: All bank charges must be paid by the participant. Down-payments are not accepted.

Payment Deadlines

• Early Registration: Full payment must be received by March 25, 2026. Otherwise, late fees apply.
• Late Registration: Full payment must be received by May 7, 2026. Otherwise, on-site fees apply.
• On-Site Registration: Only possible via credit card. Cash is not accepted.

Late Payments

Late payments may not be credited in time. To avoid issues, bring proof of payment (e.g., receipt/bank statement) to the Registration Desk.

Wrong Registration Type

If an incorrect registration category is selected:

• No refund will be provided for overpayments.
• If underpaid, the registration will be adjusted to the correct category, and the fee difference must be paid.

3. Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be sent in writing to:

• Cancellations by March 25, 2026: Eligible for a refund minus a €100 administrative fee (refunded post-event).
• Cancellations after March 25, 2026: Not eligible for any refund (100% cancellation fee applies).

By registering, participants authorise the organiser to charge any applicable administrative/cancellation fees to the credit card provided.

Name Changes

Substitutions are accepted until March 25, 2026 (€100 administrative fee).

Notify the EANM Office via email, including:

• Original registrant’s name
• Substitute’s name and email address

Name Badges

• Issued on-site only, between May 17–19, 2026
• Must be collected in person with valid photo ID
• Lost/forgotten badges are non-transferable and must be repurchased at full price
• Badges are treated as official documents

Bank Transfer Charges

All associated bank transfer charges must be paid by the participant. Full payment is required before a badge is issued.

Travel & Accommodation

All arrangements are the responsibility of the participant. The EANM does not manage or cover travel or lodging.

Liability and Insurance

The EANM is not liable for:

• Technical issues outside its control
• Personal injury, loss, or property damage
• Cancellation costs related to travel or accommodation

Participants are encouraged to secure personal travel and health insurance.

Only written agreements are binding. The official congress venue is Berlin, Germany. Austrian law applies, and Vienna is the place of jurisdiction.

In the event of cancellation or rescheduling due to force majeure (e.g., natural disaster, war, pandemic, government restrictions), liability is limited to registration fee refunds (subject to conditions). The EANM will not refund travel or accommodation costs.

Disclaimer

If the event is cancelled due to force majeure, only the registration fee is partially refundable (subject to the organiser’s commitments at that time). Travel and lodging are not covered.

Media Consent

By attending ICNC2026, participants grant EANM the right to:

• Record, photograph, or film participants
• Use such media for any purpose worldwide, in perpetuity, without further approval or compensation
