Please note, that the scientific review process is currently in progress, with acceptance notifications to be communicated to authors in due course.

Deadlines & key dates:

• Abstract submission deadline: November 30, 2025

• Notification of acceptance: January 20, 2026

• Early registration deadline: March 25, 2026

• Late registration deadline: May 7, 2026

Publication of accepted abstracts / embargo policy:
All accepted abstracts will be published as submitted in the EANM Innovation (open access) from May 5, 2026. After May 19, 2026, 12:00 noon (CEST) further publications regarding the abstracts / presentations can be made. Please note that cases will not be published.

Withdrawal of abstracts and cases:

Abstracts and cases can be withdrawn in writing. Please send an e-mail to info@asnc.org, until March 6, 2026. Any withdrawals after that date cannot be removed from the publications anymore.

You must upload your presentation at least 1 hour prior your talk, but feel free to do it earlier whenever convenient for you.
