Thank you for submitting your abstract/case to ICNC 2026!

The abstract and case submission period for ICNC 2026 is now closed.
We sincerely appreciate the time, effort, and interest shown by all contributors.

Please note, that the scientific review process is currently in progress, with acceptance notifications to be communicated to authors in due course.

Deadlines & key dates:

• Abstract submission deadline: November 30, 2025

• Notification of acceptance: January 20, 2026

• Early registration deadline: March 25, 2026

• Late registration deadline: May 7, 2026

Publication of accepted abstracts / embargo policy:
All accepted abstracts will be published as submitted in the EANM Innovation journal (open access) from April 30, 2026. After May 19, 2026, 12:00 noon (CEST) further publications regarding the abstracts / presentations can be made. Please note that cases will not be published.

Withdrawal of abstracts and cases:
Abstracts and cases can be withdrawn in writing. Please send an e-mail to info@asnc.org, until March 6, 2026. Any withdrawals after that date cannot be removed from the publications anymore.
