General Submission Information

• Authors can submit up to four abstracts but may present only two
• There are no limits on the number of cases that can be submitted
• Abstracts must not have been previously presented or published
• Young Investigator Awards and travel grants are available for early-career ASNC and EANM members

Deadlines & key dates:

• Abstract submission deadline: November 25, 2025

• Notification of acceptance: February 27, 2026

• Early registration deadline: March 25, 2026

• Late registration deadline: May 7, 2026
